Dippers

Begin by placing (2) steamed, or pressed, tortillas on a serving tray.

Add 1 oz of meat, or potatoes, to each tortilla.

Add 1 line of sauce to each tortilla.

Use a level scoop of cheese to add .5 oz’s to each tortilla. Then roll straight across.

Transfer the rolled dippers onto parchment paper placed on the black silicone basket for the speed oven.

Use the peel to put the basket with the dippers into the oven. Go to 'Dippers' and push the 'Dippers' button.

You can cook up to 4 Dippers at a time in the speed oven.

Use the peel to remove the dippers from the oven and return them to the serving line.

Place the dippers into a large bowl with a 2 oz side of queso.
