Fish must be stored and cooked from frozen. Make sure to have plenty of space in your freezer to hold the fish.
Using vinyl gloves, line a silk screen with parchment paper and lay out the desired number of fish sticks.
Place the silk screen on the peel and place the screen in the speed oven. Use the FISH button for the amount of fish you are cooking.
After cooking, use the peel to remove the silk screen from the oven. The fish pieces should be ready to go on an entree.
