Roja Salsa
Hot Head Sauce

Half the bag (1oz) on the entree

Add 6-6.5oz white rice to regular size bowl
Drain and add one 3oz scoop of black beans
Add 3oz of barbacoa
Get a bag of Flamin' Hot Cheetos from pan under the hot table
Open Cheetos bag and lightly crush contents
Add half the bag
Close the half bag of Cheetos and place in storage pan below hot table
Add 2oz scoop of Roja salsa
Add 1oz of Hot Head sauce in a Z pattern
Add 1.5oz of Monterey Jack
Ready to serve!
